VitalLife ID™ privacy policy

VitalLife ID ™ is committed to keeping critical member medical and other information safe and secure. All of the information stored by VitalLife ID ™ is end to end encrypted and backed up at a secure off site storage facility. None of VitalLife ID™ personnel are able to access the storage files. The sensitivity of a member's information is paramount and every precaution is taken to ensure their privacy.

Members submit only the information they would like loaded onto your VitalLife ID Card™ and stored by VitalLife ID™. When they register to become a member, VitalLife ID™ requests their payment information to provide them the service and product they desire. Once registered, an account is created, and members are able to take full advantage of our services. VitalLife ID™ retains a record of each interaction with our members, whether it be by phone or email. A member's information may be accessed only with their personal password.

VitalLife ID™ does not, under any circumstances, share a member's information with any third party.

All VitalLife ID™ employees are governed by a strict Code of Conduct, that includes the responsibility to protect the confidential nature of member information and the privacy of our services. Our employees are bound by this Privacy Statement and are trained to implement VitalLife ID's™ security principals, policies and procedures.

VitalLife ID™ is committed to bringing our members the product they desire, to give them a peace of mind, insuring that all of their medical and other personal information is safe and secure, but conveniently available to them and medical personnel when necessary.
