If you are being transported to a hospital, your necessary medical information can be communicated from the ambulance to the hospital, allowing them to be prepared for your arrival.

You can create an organized and simple life for yourself and your family while you are alive and well, with your important life documents in the encrypted and password protected Section III of the card for your future access. You may choose to load copies of your important documents or indicate their location for future reference. You can also indicate who your Attorney and CPA are, as well as list what type of funeral service you would prefer.

We do not recommend that you reveal your social security number, bank account number(s), credit card number(s) or any other financial information. The VitalLife ID Card™ is constructed of tough, water proof fiber glass. Under normal use it will serve you for a life time. In the unlikely event that it is destroyed or broken, we will replace it.
