Does the VitalLife ID Card™ require special software?
No, The data on the VitalLife ID Card™ is stored in industry standard HTML and PDF files. It should be viewable on any computer operating system. Microsoft Windows based computer operating systems will pop-up the information automatically (if enabled) and is required to access the encryption portion of the card.

Is the VitalLife ID Card™ supported on Apple Operating Systems?
At this time, the VitalLife ID card is not supported for Macintosh (Apple) operating systems.

How long will it take me to input my information?

How do I load a picture of myself?
You can use a photo on your computer or digitize a regular photo using a scanner. The photo needs to be a head shot for identification purposes. VitalLife ID™ provides a link on the Image Upload page that makes loading your photo easy.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, there is a link just below the login on the Members page. By clicking this link and entering your email, VitalLife ID™ will email you a link that will direct you to create a new password.

How can I change my password?
Once signed in to your VitalLife ID™ account go to the bottom left of the screen. Click on the My account link and then click the edit tab. You can change and submit a new password here.

How will the First Responders find my VitalLife ID Card™?
We recommend that you store your VitalLife ID Card™ directly behind your driver's license, so that when First Responders check for identity they will find it.

Can I get a duplicate card?
Yes, go to the Plans page and you will find a Buy Now button for a duplicate card at the bottom of the page.
